We believe in the care of handwork rather than the speed of mass production. That is why our products are made not on factory lines but at the workbench, with the same attention from cutting to stitching, from assembly to the final check.

We carefully choose the genuine leathers and supplies we use for their durability, comfort in use and the way they become more beautiful over time. The tone, texture and thickness of the leather are not just visual details for us; they are the essentials that shape the character of the finished product.
Instead of products that are quickly consumed, we aim to make pieces that become personal with use and develop a look of their own over the years.
Good handwork does not always need to be noticed at first glance. Small details such as the tension of the stitches, the balance of the braids, the strength of the knots and the neatness of the edge finishes determine the quality of a product.
Every ByTooche piece is checked individually; each stage, from thread colour to stitch density, from hand tension to the final polish, is shaped for that particular product. Because for us, quality is not only what you see but something you feel the moment you hold the product.
Process
Every product's journey begins with drawing and pattern making. Dimensions, the way it will be used and cutting allowances are considered together to create its basic form.
The leather is cut and punched by hand, taking its natural surface and texture into account. Each piece is checked one by one.
Stitch density, thread choice and tension are decided according to the structure of the product; the pieces are joined by hand stitching.
The edges are finished, the metal hardware is checked and polish is applied. Every product is reviewed one last time before it leaves the workbench.
